Denysoft respects your privacy rights and recognizes the importance of protecting any information collected about you. This Privacy Policy defines how Denysoft collects and uses personal and non-personal information Denysoft in relation to Zegeta Video Game and any other game under the Zegeta Video Game brand, including but not limited to Zegeta Video Game.

Denysoft does not collect or use any personal data that may be used to identify or contact you. Denysoft does not collect or use names, email addresses, photos, telephone numbers, credit cards numbers, account numbers or other information that would enable Denysoft to identify you.

Denysoft may use tools or third party analytical software to collect and use certain non-personal data that does not enable Denysoft to identify you. The types of non-personal data Denysoft may collect and use include, but are not limited to: (i) mobile device type and device properties, including, but not limited to unique device identifier (“UDIDâ€); (ii) mobile device software platform and firmware; (iii) mobile phone carrier; (iv) geographical data no more accurate that metropolitan areas; (v) gamescore and achievements; (vi) other non-personal data as reasonably required by Denysoft to enhance its services.
Denysoft may use the collected data for purposes of analyzing usage of Zegeta Video Game, managing and providing Zegeta Video Game and to further develop Denysoft’s services and products. Denysoft reserves the right to use and disclose the collected non-personal data for purposes of advertisement by Denysoft or Denysoft’s partners.
Data Retention:
Denysoft retains the information collected pursuant to this Privacy Policy for 12 months. Thereafter if the collected information if no longer needed for purposes specified in this Privacy Policy, Denysoft shall delete all aforementioned information in its possession.
Third Party Terms and Conditions:
Please note that your access to and the ability to play Zegeta Video Game may be subject to certain third party terms and conditions and privacy policies, including but not limited to application stores, mobile software platforms, on-line gaming platforms and payment providers. You recognize and agree that Denysoft is not liable for any such third party terms and conditions and their use of your personal data.
