Pediatric Medical Records Documentation:
Create a new document:
Click on File> New
Save Document:
File > Save
Add new patient:
Click on the ” + ” button on the upper right to add a new patient
Remove patient:
Select the patient and click on the ” – ” button
Add new sub data:
To add patients sub data like, consultation, vaccines, payments, etc. first select the patient then click on the + button for the subdata desired
